Tell me, please, one more thing, I noticed that Solidworks 2020 works very slowly on an Intel card, for example, with the same components, but old NB with the old 930mx card there were no difficulties, everything worked quickly, but now in order to select the plane of a part, it takes several seconds until the program outlines the contour and I can rotate or zoom in on the part and do something else!!!
Every time I hover the cursor over some part of the part, the outline is drawn, and with another video card I never paid attention to this, but with the Intel Arc 130T. I have to wait, it’s impossible to work like that!!!

Yes. SOLIDWORKS 2020 was responsive on the older laptop with the NVIDIA GeForce 930MX. The issue (multi-second lag when selecting/hovering geometry and waiting for outlines) appears on the current system with Intel Arc A130T.

The last major change was switching to a new laptop/platform: Intel Core Ultra 5 225U + Intel Arc A130T (i.e., different GPU/driver stack compared to the previous NVIDIA 930MX system). Driver updates may also have occurred as part of moving to the new platform.

Confirmed by comparison that the problem is GPU-specific: 930MX = normal, Arc A130T = severe lag during hover/selection.
In SOLIDWORKS 2020, under Tools > Options (System Options) > Performance, the option “Use Software OpenGL” is forced ON (checked and greyed out). I cannot change it, and “Enhanced graphics performance” is not selectable. All other options remain at the default SOLIDWORKS settings and have not been modified.

The new laptop is a Lenovo ThinkPad L14 Gen 6 (Intel Core Ultra 5 225U + DDR5-5600 + 1TB SSD).
