Hello all I am having the following problem:

When I start task scheduler the Progress button is blinking. I have preformed a clean uninstall and reinstall. The problem is still there. Ever task I set give the follow error: Task Scheduler encountered an error scheduling the task. And the Progress never stops blinking like the program is running. Anyone seen this?
