I recently set up Task Scheduler to open up all the drawing files I have in a directory and save them as PDFs in another directory each night. However, it also opens those PDFs on my desktop as well. So, when I come in to work in the morning I have dozens of PDF's open on my desktop that I have to manually close down. When I manually open up a drawing and save it as a PDF I see there is a check box that asks if I want to view the PDF after saving. I have this box unchecked.
It's quite annoying because apparently my PC only allows me to open so many PDFs up at one time, so I have an error message about that that I also have to click dozens of times (for each PDF it tried to open that was over the limit) to finally get to my desktop and start closing dow the PDFs it did open.
Is there a way to keep this from happening?
