to reduce notch stresses in corners i would like to add tangent curved fillets (see picture). (Claus Mattheck http://bibliothek.fzk.de/zb/berichte/Mattheck-Poster-050901.pdf)

At the moment i have to construct a tangent curve with the "Equation Driven Curve" tool, but this is not very flexible for parametric designs.

How do alternatives approaches look like to use tangent curved fillets?
