In my system options, display/selection page, I have the "Dynamic highlight from graphics view" box checked.  It will not stay checked.  This is a system setting and it should remain checked until I un-check it.  This is the way it has always worked in the past.  Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?  Solidworks Premium 2013 x64, SP3.0

There are times when I have to go to the system options page 2 or 3 times during an editing session to check this box.  It can be more than a little annoying at times.
