Hello,
I have a few general questions about some system options>sketch area. One of the check box descriptions "Use fully defined Sketches" has brought some attention to me. I am making a new template and am wondering if I should check this box or not. I dont really see why I would not. If there are some reasons that this would become a problem please let me know if you have encountered issues in the past.
While I am asking a question I mine as well ask something else I have been thinking about. I often use the same parts for many types of documents. It's set up that if I change a part that is in an assembly it will also change. I like that feature. However, it gets kinda nuts. I save the generic part and do not edit it. If I want to use it for something I will open it and save as another part which I will use in an assembly usually. That way the original is not edited. I often edit the same part in different ways dozens of times so I have dozens of that edited original part saved dozens of times as well. Is this the way I should be doing this (save as approach). I have to label the filename very descriptively to find the one I should use.
Thanks,
Brian
