I'm back again.

So I've tested a biaxial  cruciform specimen of SS304, it yields at about 3000Newtons. Now according the the test machine it yielded when the combined force on the x axis was 3000, pulling both sides. The  y axis about the same.

To simulate, I've cut the specimen in four, symmetric, and then in half again as it also symetric that way. You'll see this in image.

This leaves me with only two places left to apply force. What force should i apply here to mirror the 3000 on the x and the the other 3000 on the y, I'm a bit confused as to which way solidworks does this.
