When you create annotion notes and bring in symbols in "Edit Sheet" mode

they are linked to the view that is currently highlighted.  And it makes the view

boundary larger sometimes to the ridiculous state.  Is there a way to break that

association to one view and link it to another view without deleteing it and recreating it?
