Graphics Driver up to date

everytime Solidworks is opened, the error message pops up. you can close the error message, but another one follows. you can do this repeatidly while solidworks will slowly open behind it.

I cannot seem to get this error to go away!  A repair of MS Office will work for a few hours, give or take, untill the swvbaserver.exe error occurs again.

anyone experience something like this before?

I have opened a Service Request with SolidWorks, but I havent gotten any solutions as of yet.
