So I am having a couple of issues with my sweep. First issue is for some craaaaaaaaaaaazy reason I can't add the final swept flange to my sweep.  Of course with SolidWorks its always the last thing after you've done a number of the same things previously. So help with that would be appreciated. Also how do I keep my cut extrudes for cutting the swept flange before it as you see in my model. I just want to trim/clean up the intended flange it is sketched on. One more thing is there any way to have the flat pattern truly represent the cuts in the form view. When I flatten I get those tabs on the insides of the cuts. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
