Hey guys and gals, I'm having a little trouble here doing a swept boss. This is the first one I've done since we updated from 2009 to 2012 just a few days ago so it might be some simple change I'm missing. I've got the sketch included, and all I need to do is sweep the rectangle along the loop profile. For whatever reason it doesn't want to do it.

If I take away the straight lines I've added I can make the loop just fine, but it doesn't want to go across the whole sketch for some reason.

Even if I get the swept boss to work, I don't think it's going to be the solution to my problem anyway, but I'd still like to know how to get that part to work at least. I've included a picture trying to explain what they're looking for. Honestly, I don't really see it happening the way they want but I could be wrong. So if anybody can give me a hand here I sure would appreciate it.
