In my designs I get adjustment using screw threads. Getting a 3d bolt is easy. I revolved the body, setched a helix with my pitch, then sketched my thread form and swept it down the revolve.
Cutting that sweep is easy because the front plane is on the dead center of the revolve.
Now I'm trying to sweep threads through a hole and I just can't figure out where to sketch the thread form.
I tried creating a plane which seemed to me would be the best bet. Something doesn't associate correctly.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Mark
