SW2017 dynamic referencing not working for some reason.  Works in SW2016 fine.  I have it turned on for both parent and child and it seems to "want" to work (when I hover over a feature the SW window flickers gray when on, doesn't when off) but the arrows won't show up.  Ideas? Graphics setting?  Option setting?
