So we're a bit behind the times and just moved over to SW2009 SP3.0. This move has been an absolute nightmare. Assemblies that once moved along steadily now freeze some of our displays or totally crash SW.
There are three or four SolidWorksLicTemp.0001 running at a time (which I cannot understand) but only one SLDWORKS.exe
I thought that maybe the fact that these assemblies had components in them that where from 2008 that maybe that was the cause but I proved that to be wrong by updating all the parts to 2009.
Also thought that maybe it was my 800 meg assembly that was making it freak out, but alas, same results with a half meg assembly.
I think we have over 50 seats of SW2009 and our VAR has been in numerous times to no avail.
Any hints or things I should try to help narrow down the problem? Our in house tech is swamped and all I want is a resolution because I am having to put in a ton of unpaid overtime to get my projects done.
