sw10+excel work only on c:\\ and not in my internal network (z:\\ or X:\\ ...)

Hi, i've a hard problem with sw10+excel using files with table in my internal network.

If I prepare an Excel table with SW and I want to save it in disk c: \\ ... I have no problems.
But if I want to save that table to another network drive (z: \\ ..), SW shows an error and adds "_new" to my file !!!!!
If the file is renamed, it loses all connections and this is a big problem for us.

I reported this problem in July 2009 to SW, SW says it is a problem but not urgent: (

You have the same problem? You may also report them (this would help us)?
You have solved another way?
