I am having an issue I haven't seen without an open sketch or something. Parts that I have performed a Swept Cut or even Extruded Cut on in the past will not do it due to a "Geometric Condition". I have some parts with both types of cuts on them. If I delete the cuts, it will not recreate them from the same sketches as before. I create new ones, and it still will not cut. Could a file be corrupt? I saw there was an SP4.0 update, so I tried to install that, and it was unsuccessful twice. Any ideas?
