I can't find a scenario to justify having a Title and a Description property associated with a part.  I'm creating a part custom property template and would like to keep it as simple and straightforward as possible.  Is there any use for using the Title Property under the Summary tab of the Properties window?  Input is greatly appreciated!  Thanks!
