I need to update solidworks with a new serial number, but after downloading a 2010 Student development kit setup and running it, i get a solidworks installation manager window that appears to work fine except the buttons on the bottom (Cancel, Help, and Next) don't do anything. I've done this sucessfully on other computers. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Uninstallation of the outdated solidworks installation has the same unresponsive UI problem.
