I just wrote simulation for solidcraft with AI, fully GPU accelerated... this is not looking good for solidworks if this continues. SW is carrying dead weight from 20+ years and they can't change it.
I bet they'll do whole new release if they'll want to survive, meaning loosing all compatibility with the past.
