sw crash dell

Good evening,

I have a student version of solidworks student 2014 installed on my new Dell Inspiron 15 7000 series and it keeps crashing while doing simple drawings or anything else (sometimes it crashes after a few seconds, other times it resists for half an hour or more).

The specs of my laptop are:

cpu---intel i7-5500u

videocard---amd radeon r7 m265

ram---16gb

os---windows 8.1

monitor---uhd resolution

(no antivirus, no office softwares)

Among my collegues, there is one who has a similar dell (bought in the same days) with different videocard (nvidia) and i5 cpu and he has the same problem, while another one uses an older asus (with ati radeon) and it works perfectly.

Anyway I tried to fix the problem in these ways with no results:

-using openGL softwares to run sw;

-using both integrated and dedicated videocard singularly;

-updating my videocard drivers;

-using realhack;

-setting maximum performances for sw;

-using sw with lower resolution;

SW keeps crashing even if when it runs, it shows good performances.

The error script (attached) says  "Access Violation at 00000000 (virtual address 00000000), attempt to write to memory".

I hope someone can help me. Thank you
