Not sure if anyone can help me here. Using SW CAM, . I'm outputing to my CNC router and I'm stuck on a finish cut.

I have a contour operation and it roughs out perfect. Does 6 little cuts at 1mm deep around the profile. I left it at 0.1mm from the profile using the 'allowance' option so I can run a last pass at full depth to bring it to 0.

Picture here shows 1mm allowance, so I can see it on the simulation. However, no matter what I change in the 5 options for side parameters, it simply refuses to do that final pass. I can select a spring pass, but that's no good.

I looked at the tech DB and that shows nothing that influences it (I think).

I did try a seperate operation as a finish pass and tried to link the two operations but the tab options did not link and I can't have that as I do need the tabs to be in the same place. I suppose I could screenshot the exact tab positions and manually try to get them the same...but why? I should be able to fill in above form to do a simple full depth pass to finish off.

Everytime I google it, it says simply change these options...it's obvious...but the bugger won't do it.

Can anyone point to something I have missed here please? Otherwise, I'm calling support on monday.
