Has anyone found that SW 2019 SP0 is very slow saving an assembly, probably 3X slower than 2018?

The assembly in question has ~250 parts/sub-assemblies with the root .SLDASM being ~12mb in size.

The 2019 SP0 is a clean install on a clean Windows 10 install.
