I am having trouble with SW 2016 SP0.1.  I am getting consistent errors (~15% of the time) when closing a file then opening it again without exiting SW.  I get the message that the file is in used and it will open a read-only copy.  Only way out of this is to exit and restart SW.  Occasionally it causes SW to crash.  I am new to SW.  I also see this when looking in windows explorer when trying to delete or moved a closed file right after closing it but not exiting SWs. It tells me that the file is locked.  Is there a way to report bugs like this?
