SW 2012 going backwards??????

Why has SW changed the functionality of Hole wizard? We were taught to always pick a plane or surface prior to using hole wizard, this has now changed for no apparent reason. This option was very useful for sizing holes (especially C/S C/B and tapped holes) in a part that fasteners have not been selected yet. If you didn’t select the surface/plane first you would have the same effect now. This removal of allowing the user to initially pick surface/plane is causing a lot of wasted time –and a huge headache and mistakes. It is also causing an issue where users like myself would pick surface/plane first then when entering position tab would be allows to enter a square(center driven) or circle to construct hole positioning from without creating a point in the center where a hole know appears. Also you cannot select a plane easily in the new hole wizard ---THE OPTION OF SELECTING SURFACE/PLANE FIRST NEEDS TO BE ADDED BACKTO HOLE WIZARD IN NEXT SERVICE PACK!! If you do not select surface/plane first and use 3d sketch you still can and always could. SW please stop breaking the fixed and stick with fixing the broken and adding new features.—HAVEN’T YOU LEARNED THIS YET! ……
