I've run into an odd issue, and was wondering if anyone could provide some insight.  I've searched, and not found any similar threads on the subject. 

I'm running SW2011 SP4 x64 edition.  I've opened a part I've previously modeled to make some changes.  The part has a 1/16" npt I wish to change to 1/8" npt.  I enter the hole wizard, make the change, and when I complete the change, solid works exits.  I've restarted my workstation, and now SW just locks up but does not exit.  As an experiment, I opened a different part, tried to create a new npt from the wizard, and it crashed SW.    This problem has just surfaced.  Any insights as to what could be causing this?
