I am a single seat stand alone license of SW2010 running on Win XP Pro SP3 32 bit.

New computer coming with Win7 x64 Pro w/10GB Ram.

What is the recommended way of installing SW on the new machine and transferring the license?

I figure best to ask ahead of time rather then get help straightening out a problem later!

Hoping for a pleasant experience rather than a headache.
