I have had SW2008 and works fine.

Now I get DVD with SW2010 SP.0.

Then I've uninstall old version and install new.

But now after start SW2010 freezing for few minutes.

The same after choosing some option from menu.

Simply part is converting from old version to SW2010 about 5 minutes!.

I've check on the other (slower) machine - works fine...

Any ideas?
