Surfacing a 3d sketch - Pulling my hair out.

Longtime lurker; first time poster.

I traced a STL file and got a good base outline for drone body. I then created a plan parallel to the sketch plane and placed a rectangle on that. I had no luck lofting it with a spiral ensuing in between.

Then I sketched it in 3d. The wireframe is what for geometry; although, now I simply want to add planes between the lines and the planes a thickness.  I can't get a surface on it for the life of me. I have tried planar surfacing, stitching. Everything I could find.  This is beyond my skillset. Could someone point me in the right direction?

I am trying to make a bottom part for this drone with a similar look to the top.
