Am having trouble with the attached file.

Essentially, I need to establish the surface, convert it to sheetmetal and then flatten so I can send it to the laser cutters.

Have tried it as both a surface offset and a surface loft, but am caught at the next stage trying to convert the surface and flatten.

Any suggestions would be appreciate.
