I am creating a surface model and am trying to use the Filled Surface tool to patch some areas between surfaces and to match the surrounding curvature. But it will only allow me select the contact option rather than curvature when creating the filled surface.

Please let me know if there is a way to fix the design, design can be tweaked as long as curvature is consistent.
