Hello Helpful People!

I'm having some issues with creating a model fluid space of a turbomachinery test rig, The volute has been 3D scanned so the surface isn't perfectly smooth. The picture below is of what I want as an output, however, I get an invalid geometry error.

Any help or suggestions would be massively appreciated!!
