Hello all...Is it possible to suppress and unsupress some features of a part depends of length of part.

Imagine there is a ladder with safety cage. If I reduce the length of ladder less than a specific dimension,the safety cage need to be get suppressed automatically. If I increase the length of ladder the safety cage should unsupress again automatically.

Is it possible in solidowrks, please help me. Thanks in advance.
