We are in the market for a new Plotter and I figured this would be the best place to ask for suggestions.  I did a search, but did not find anything in regards to what I'm looking for. 

We have an old DesignJet 600 that works 25% of the time.  Here is what our company needs.  

36" Roll would be preferred

Black and White only

Windows 7 64 bit compatible

This would mainly be for plotting large layout assemblies for the shop floor so inexpensive is the key
