Found out today our service subscription has run out, can not access most of the customer portal items items (got the "locked without an active service agreement" message on the web site).
Never got a notice on when it was due for renewal from our VAR.....They always change who we have for a contact there (revolving door employment???).........now what do we do?
Are we are going to have to pay extra to re-subscribe now?
