Hello all

I need to reverse a feature found in a 1/4 turn fastener.  I only need the sweep cut, but can't seem to get it to cut through like the actual part does.  I would like to be able to cut through the solid model just like a machinist would cut through with an end mill.  Meaning, always perpendicualr to the curved surface.

I just can't seem to come up with the proper method to git er done.

Help?
