HI ! Please someone help me!

I was send a link from my college for sw2013 student edition. dawnloaded ,unzipped , and tried to run set up but the instalation manager page is blank and the picture above iis orange. My PC is perfrctly capable of running it as I have bought it to meet the requirements. Tried turning the user control off .Made IE8 default brawser and resset its setings but nothing helped.
