Struggling with how best to shell this complex shape

Hi everyone! I'm trying to shell this kayak so I can 3D print a hollow floating version. Because of the printing, I need the shell to be around 17mm so it'll be feasible once I scale it down. The biggest issue seems to be cuts on the side to release water from around the cockpit and storage; Check reports a minimum curvature of .05mm and they're reliably the faces that fail during the shell attempts. I know the simpler version, without those cuts, can be shelled (outward) without too much issue. I've tried just about every alternative shelling method I could find on the forums without any luck. Do any of you have a method that might work for this?
