I was ballooning an assembly drawing and I got click happy then something went haywire. Somehow I got this weird double balloon and a strange entry in the item number drop down. I can't get rid of it! It appears to be detail 4??

Edit: It's in the BOM too (bottom pic)

Any ideas of how to fix?
