So I had a couple of Motion analysis studies saved, giving a perfect motion. I think they were saved with 2016 SP1.0 about 3 weeks ago.

Now I open them, hit play from beginning - works perfectly, just like I saved them. Hit calculate - parts now have unlogic movement, and working with settings doesn't help, usually it gives a solver error. How is this possible?

I have 2015 on the same machine, and I also can not get other motion analysis studies to work correctly. These are difficult studies with parts being dropped from one face to another, so there is a chance I can't find the right settings, but I think there is something wrong with the software. I tried to use logical values in study properties, as well as extremely low and extremely high (accuracy etc.), and I can't get to make them work as they did.

So to be short: studies that used to work perfectly now do not work, and trying to set them up again gives unrealistic results.

I don't think I had any changes in software or hardware since these working studies were saved - like installation of some important software, that supposedly might have any influence.

Did anybody had similar experience?
