The title pretty much says it all.  I usually like to place my BOMs in the corner of my drawing sheet, close to but not touching the outlines of my sheet template.   I often have to zoom way in to keep them from snapping to the lines.  Is there any way to turn that off?  If not I guess I could sketch some new lines in my sheet template for it to snap to and put them in a hidden layer.
