Hi

I have an stl file of a wrench with text on it and I wanted to import it into solidworks to remove the text and put my own.

I succeeded in doing so, I just cant recreate the process. I fumbled with the stl file in solidworks, tried every combonation of mesh prep, and creating surfaces, that I dont remember how I go the final part.

If anyone could take a look at part and stl file and see what I might of done, or know the process of making the stl file workable in solidworks, that would be great.
