Can anyone help me to convert this .stl file which is human teeth to a format which i can edit.Since the facets are higher it is not not opening as solid body.I need to remove one teeth from the 32 and need to do some analysis in ABAQUS.

Kindly help me as I am stuck with my final year Mtech project because of this
