While trying to import a step file SW isn't importing correctly.

I've included the original step file "400CAP.stp"  and screen shots of SW2015 Beta3 "400 CAP SW.jpg" and Inventor 2015 "400 CAP IV.jpg"

I do not know what program the step file was originally created in since it is a file I downloaded on line.

Haven't taken time to try other files yet but thought this should be brought to your attention
