The Flat pattern direction is a current issue for sheet metal lazer-cut users

I wonder if SolidWorks can manage the direction of the steel sheet flat pattern when saving a DXF

I have seen the solution to get the unbent flat part and then launch the saving DXF command and choose the view to export in the options. But it seem a few userfriendly.

I wish a function to help define the main face to be viewed on a sheet metal part that would be also the default face to define the DXF direction. Does it exist, or will it exist?
