I am trying to analyse a gantry frame and the contacts I have around a pin are separating in my result.

The pins are bonded to the hole in the clevis yet in the result they are still separating and not transferring any load.

I have soft springs turned on and I am getting the warning message that deformations are too large. If I try to solve with large deformations enabled it fails to solve. See attached images. Any thoughts?
