I am using standard thermal simulation study where we use provide inputs manually such as convections, most boundary conditions.

These results we use to validate later thru physical samples testing. we are getting results within 15% variations.

No, we have start using Flow Simulation, with this tool, we are simulation results are quite off compared to standard simulation studies. flow simulation studies were discussed with our SolidWorks service provides, they said. flow simulations setup and results seem to be correct.  however, results from both standard simulation tool and flow simulation are quire deafferent.

Could anybody gone thru similar process of transition of tools and used some good methods to see similar results, appreciate your feedback/ inputs.
