We have just started to you the work group PDM. I have checked in all the fastners, Nuts washers and various others into a project by name Fasteners.

Now when ever I check in a document with standard fasteners we regularly use. These fastners which gets checked in along with the equipment, get a new revision Rather than not getting checked in, as they are already present in my Fasteners project.

Can any one suggest a best way to handle fasteners. Also please note that these fastners are legacy fastners which are not related to solidworks library...
