I've been using different standards of profiles (ANSI, ISO, DIN) depending on what the engineer has called for.

The description saved with the standard database in SW does not always give the profile name.

e.g 50x50x4, Mainly the ISO standard.

How do other users view this?

Have you (i.) changed the descriptions, (ii) introduced another property (profile name) (iii) just left it and let the actual drawing show the profile.

My problem with the last option is that my client likes to have a material list for pre-ordering and looking down an Excel or txt output it's not apparent what the profile is.
