I remember when I was using 2010 SP 3.1 in a drawing one was able to

stagger the dimensions whether you would just drag it ot hold down the

alt key to move it. Now that I have installed SP 4.0 if I drag and stagger a dimension

it snaps right back to where it started.  Is there a work around to this delema?
