I have a really weird problem here, which goes like this:
Open an "error free" part on this machine, Ctrl-Q rebuild and thenit has errors, starting with a drafted cut-extrude. The same partrebuilds fine on other machines.
These type of spurious errors will continue for the current SWsession.
Now things get stranger. If I save the part with it's errors, closeSW, start a new SW session and select Yes when prompted to rebuildthe part, the errors go away and will not return for the rest ofthe current session.
Start a new session and the errors return.
I had this problem when I first upgraded to SW2009, which weresolved with a clean install, but the problem has returned after 3or 4 weeks for no apparent reason.
This is a clean installation of SW2009 sp3.0 running on:
Dell Precision 380
Intel Dual Core 3.5GHz
4Gb RAM
nVidia Quadro FX3450
XP32 sp3
Any help would be appreciated - I'm not too keen to reinstall theOS and everything else, which is what my reseller isrecommending....SolidworksParts And Features
